In a bid to motivate his fans who are yet to break out of poverty, multimillionaire author Fred Bohasu visited the first room he ever rented in Mamelodi, Gauteng after 15 years.
Since I left more than 15 years ago, today I went to see the first room I ever rented in Mamelodi C1/C3 paying about R500 monthly rent. The room was so small I had only bed, second hand one seater couch, computer stand, old computer and cupboard which was used as a mirror and wardrobe.
A two plate stove was placed on top of a box which use to carry a printer and a green bath hanged on the wall, I had no fridge, but two cups, two spoons, two bows, two plates. This is where my current business Impact started, thatβs where I wrote my second book and built my brand.
The white door behind us is the room I used for several years while staying in this yard and the old man is the land lord. Very talkative this one, nothing has changed even today I was in stiches listening to him while he was telling everyone that I use to stay there and now am a multi millionaire π€£ππ€£πππΎ. Back then he used to tell people whithout noticing that I was in the room listening that I owned a computer school, simply because he would see me carying books or being on a computer all day. Bophelo ke ntwa ngwana Papa, ene bo nyaka kgotlello!
